The NOLA SHRM March 18th Meeting is still on...Virtually! While there is a loud debate taking place locally and around the world, we are in a situation where we do not know many things. We do know from history how pandemics and global crisis are impacted by gathering of people. We also know there are limits to our healthcare infrastructure and it’s beloved workers. Business as usual is not in the greater good!

Many of our members are in leadership positions, working to determine how to address the implications for their organizations. Each organization and person will have to make choices in the days and months ahead to address our new reality. The NOLA SHRM 2020 Board of Directors has discussed this decision to go virtual and are working to ensure that your on-line experience has minimal difference from being in person. This is how we can contribute and demonstrate our understanding of the severity of today’s reality. This is NOLA SHRM doing its very small part in the grand scheme.

We hope that this online option works better for those of you are not able to travel to our Monthly Meetings.
