Carl Falstrom has represented employers and others in U.S. immigration matters for nearly 25 years. He has occupied a number of high-level leadership positions within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including service as Chair of the association’s Northern California chapter and hence as a member of the association’s national Board of Governors, and has been chosen to formally liaise in various capacities on behalf of the association and its members with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He has also served as Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at both the Golden Gate University and University of San Francisco Schools of Law.
